At Cimarron Equine Sanctuary and Center for Learning, we provide an environment where horses can heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our sanctuary is a safe haven for horses who have suffered neglect and abuse, giving them a second chance at a better life. We are passionate about providing them with the highest quality care and giving them the opportunity to learn and grow. Horses are not here to perform or produce. They are here to live — safely, socially, and with dignity.

Our monthly horse sponsorship program offers a simple, steady way to support the life of an individual horse. Sponsorship helps provide hay, supplements, veterinary care and the quiet daily rhythms that allow horses to settle, regulate, and heal in a natural herd environment.
The full care of a horse for one month costs approximately $500. We invite a community of supporters to come together to meet this need. Each contribution, no matter the size, joins with others to provide the consistent care these horses deserve. Together, we ensure every horse at Cimarron lives with stability, dignity, and calm.
Through sponsorship, you are invited into a relationship. You will come to know your horse through photos, videos, and gentle updates that reflect who they are — their personality, their health, and their place in the herd. When possible, sponsors are also welcome to visit and spend time with their horse in person.
